A World Of Determination

Nothing worthwhile is easy.
Everything that you want to do in life will take hard work, dedication, a positive attitude and a thirst to succeed like no other. I want you to get up out of bed every day with a huge smile on your face because you are lucky! Yes, YOU ARE LUCKY! What do I mean? Well, you are lucky to have life; to be able to breath, to be able to move your body. So many people have disabilities that hinder them but it doesn’t stop them ever to conquer their dreams or goals, and certainly nothing should stop you.
Get up early, appreciate life and work hard! What you put in is what you will get out! You and I have no idea what will happen tomorrow but I know we cannot sit back and be ignorant by thinking nothing will happen.Take control of your mind, your body and your spirit.Have a great attitude and start your day’s fresh. Take initiative to be the best!
Weight training has taught me patience, which I don’t like having. It’s taught me to go beyond my limits no matter what people think or say and kept me true to myself. It takes years to get muscle and a lean body. Having it maintained all year long is hard. It takes dedication and time. I have been training hard for years! Over 10 years now. And I am finally seeing what I have worked for.
I don't stop, I don't take off during the “off season”, I don't train for 2 months them stop. I kick my butt to maintain or better the body I have with a clean diet, and training my body very, very hard. Staying lean is something you have to work for every day, not something to achieve in 3 weeks and then stop. It takes time, commitment, effort and will power to keep going; because at the end of it all it’s about YOU. Bettering yourself, not giving up, surprising yourself with how much you can conquer.
It's a ripple effect that takes over not just your physical body but your entire life! Every part of it; your work, your family, and your life in general. It takes heart. It makes you look at yourself and forces you to let go of the ego.It makes you ask yourself “What are you made of?” “What can you really push through when the chips are down?”
So my question to you remains… “What are you made of?” Do you stand on the sidelines and do nothing, or do you get in the game and do your best? How will you achieve greatness today?
