Its a question I get all the time. "How do I get a butt like yours?' My answer is proper diet and the right booty building exercises.
I train legs and glutes 2-3 x per week with adequate rest and recovery time to then build them up properly.
In the video I am showing you a very effective booty builder! The heavier the weight the better!
ladies you will not look manly, we do not carry the amount of testosterone to get like that unless you take some sort of steroid( Do not do that)
try this exercise with different weights and have a fun getting the best glutes of your life!
Lean Up
3- 4 sets
15-25 reps
Build Up
3-5 sets
Heavy Weight
15, 12, 10 , 8, 6..etc.. reps Increasing weight as you go down in reps...
**Always add dropsets at the end of the exercise
**Last set drop the weight a little and rep out as many as you can with perfect muscle contraction then drop it again and do reps till failure then again and work till failure!!!
