WATCH AS I TAKE YOU THROUGH MY HARDCORE WORKOUT. CAN YOU LAST?!
We all want that model body and those oh so sexy legs and glutes. That's why I made this quick video to take you through one of my challenging leg workouts. What i post is what I do in the gym. Im not the girl who posts any ol thing. You guys want to know what i do and I love sharing it in hopes to inspire someone ;) So here is a quick video of my workout. Below you will find the details of exercises. Leave your comments below and what videos or questions you would like me to address.
All exercises are 3 sets of 12-20 reps.- 30 seconds rest
SUPERSET #1
1)Wide Legged Smith Machine Squats (With a medium resistance band. No weight, this is 20 reps.
2)Narrow Legged Smith Machine Squats (With a medium resistance band. No weight, this is 20 reps.
Ab Crunches (Any variation, as many as possible in 30 seconds
SUPERSET # 2
1)Wide Legged Still Deadlifts using 25 lb plate & Band ( use both hands) 20 reps.
2)Toe Point Side Leg Raise with Band ( Must keep yourself on your toes and stretch body high, kicking to side) 20 reps ea
Ab Crunches (Any variation, as many as possible in 30 seconds
SUPERSET # 3
1)Smith Machine SIngle Leg Hops ( No weight or 5-10 lbs) 15 reps each leg
2)Smith Machine SIngle Switch Hops ( No weight or 5-10 lbs) 15 reps each leg
Ab Crunches (Any variation, as many as possible in 30 seconds)
or as in my video hanging leg raises aim for as many as possible.
Finish with Leg Presses
Wide and Narrow Presses- Light weight
Full reps for 10 then 5 small pulses totalling 15 reps total 3 sets.
