SCULPT, TIGHTEN & TONE YOUR BODY MEAL PLAN

Below I created a sample meal plan to follow to sculpt, tighten & tone your body. Preparation is key to getting the body you want. And having a something set like this helps keep you on track each day, all day long. This is something I do every day! Suggested times for each meal are in there as well. It doesn't matter time wise so follow the plan to your time frame. . The most important part as far as timing for each meal goes, is that you have your first meal within 30 minutes of walking up and space the rest of the meals out with the same amount of time as you see below. Also, make sure Meal 4 is your pre workout meal. Have this meal about an hour and a half before you workout. Meal 5 is your post workout meal as soon as you’re done.
