The one thing I am know for is my Fierce Abs Workout Series and my book that help you achieve sexy abs. So here I wanted to briefly demonstrate an ab exercise I love but even better with this twist I added!
One of my favorite ab machines here and I decided to do something dofferent.
Pointers:
✅Arms stay stretched back.
✅Crunch and bring knees to chest mad keep knees close. Squeeze. Breathe out.
✅As you come out of crunch being legs down to tap floor with feet( knees wide)

After this I moved onto the ab roller.
Try 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
